Played in a jam session & after the owner expressed interested in booking me, but didn't have his calendar on hand.

I went back a few days later to bring him a CD & book a gig. He said he didn't want my CD and is not booking me.

Waste of time

I played there several times and the pay is not worth it. Long hours, and little money, and the management charges musicians for drinks, food, and offers little discount. Would you believe $50.00 a night per man! Personally I believe the management is taking advantage of the younger players in jazz. I also had a very bad experiance while I worked there. The person who tunes the piano came in and started to tune piano while I was working! This place is a real toilet.
