Pros: nice room, nice bartenders/waitresses, a real piano (although usually out of tune), you can generally play whatever you want, management is good about promoting the club's music schedule
Cons: low wages on most nights, weekend crowds can be louder than the band and will talk through your entire gig, the onstage monitor situation leaves much to be desired
I'd like to see the club open a kitchen. Maybe that would bring in enough additional revenue to get the musician's wages up to where they should be.
