Full bar, on street parking, 26 channel analog console (Allen & Heath GL2200), KV2 mains, 4 zone monitors, small stage, friendly bar staff and sound engineer, small showcase room in back with a full PA, rehearsal rooms with back line, musician owned and operated. Paid a split of the door, 150 capacity, low cover charge, usually 3 act shows. Hospitality included green room, 2 drink tickets and a guest list spot. Good overall...
