Flaky organizers: have spent months trying to get paid ($300) with a string of excuses "Oh, I thought I gave you the address for the W-9", "I sent it to accounting, I don't know why they didn't cut the check" (multiple times) "I sent it via PayPal" (without asking for the PayPal email address), "I'll have them mail it to you", "I'll bring it by in person". If you want to play outside, in a parking lot or alley next to some garbage cans with no guarantee of getting paid, it's okay, otherwise: avoid.
