Really weird staff. Sound guy will maybe be at the board, but will probably not be. If you get on the stage and your mic isn't live, don't expect the sound guy to notice. He won't. He's getting a beer. Don't expect him to figure out why it doesn't work either: it's probably your fault. If you thank him for anything over a mic, expect him to get really weird and go all crazy-eyes and say "please don't."
Surly bar staff will also act really weird about your one comped pitcher of beer per band.
Bizarre stage setup where you're sort of by some scattered tables and booths on a "stage" that is really more just a raised seating area. Mic cables are sort of strewn about randomly, the snake sits precariously on a chair, monitors are virtually nonexistent.
Cool room, very divey, very "Barfly."
No promotion whatsoever.
Kind of fun, but pretty "meh" as a venue.
