Been working the Sweet Shoppe for years, Darla the owner is a sweet heart and the crowds are supportive. The pay is low, it is a smoker bar, no house sound system, and it is like playing in a cannon but! Once you are a regular act, many other opportunities open up for gigs for your band.
The Sweet Shoppe is also a major tourist bar and if your band has a good web site presense out of towners will come to Lewisburg to hear you, once again leading to out of town gigs!
