Latest review: Shells' Bistro does not treat musicians with respect, nor do they stick to the financial deal. The Owner/bar tender and wait staff were rude. The food service was poor and delayed, the band ordered food during the break at 8:30 and was received when performance ended at 10:00 pm. There food & drink policy is to offer musicians a bar menu staff is totally unaware of clubs policy. I was advised by the owner that musicians either get a meal or a drink at a fee not both. At the end of the evening the promised door cover pay per person was short and the owner did not charge his friends or regulars the door cover. Neither I nor my musicians will ever work at this establishment the overall experience was extremely negative and unprofessional.
