Reviews from musicians

I've been playing here for 8+ years.
They have overhauled their backline & sound system in the last year or so. Hot Rod Deluxe, MarkBass combo amp, Blues Jr, and the Ludwig Ringo Starr shells & hardware. The room is small and unfortunately has a half wall dividing it, so a few seats in the back can't view the stage directly. But the sound throughout is good, with the acoustics & the new system.
One drink ticket per band member. No cover - they pass the tip jar and the sound tech gets the first $10, but you get everything else, so it just depends on how many people you bring. You also get discounted food from the restaurant. There's not much of a built-in crowd, so your best bet is to try to play between other bands if you're touring.
The open mic on Monday is still very crowded and it's a great place to meet other musicians and get to play in front of 40 or 50 people.
