Beware of this place.
I was booked to play as part of a trio on a week night for 60 bucks a man. Halfway into the first set we notice these big tour buses pulling up outside and offloading passengers...a lot of passengers.
On the first break we asked the manager what was up. He said the club was closed and was hosting a private party for 250 IBM employees.
We explained that our rate for private parties was substantially different than for club dates and that we weren't told that we would be playing a party. If fact, we added, the money we make playing parties subsidizes low paying club dates like the one we thought we would be playing that night.
The manager refused to negotiate a fair price for the band, so some of us packed up and walked out.
Later on, I heard that this was standard Sambuca practice and that the same thing had happened to several other musicians.
The place is run by ripoff artists. If you play there, you are taking your chances.
