This place is a meet market for the middle aged crowd.
Dark, smoky, and usually packed to the point of does-the-fire-marshall-know-about-this?, Memphis and the crowd it draws hasn't changed in twenty plus years.
Pay kind of sucks and the hours are late. One good thing is that the stage is high enough so that drunks can't fall into the band without a lot of effort on their part.
There is no place to hang when on break, and good luck getting a drink.
Bring earplugs and expect to have to take a shower when you get home from the gig.

This place has been around for 30 years or so and not much has changed. It's VERY smokey, as you can still smoke in some buildings in Addison. Also, the hours are TERRIBLE!!! 10pm - 2am every night of the week. Waitresses are friendly, but bar tenders are not. No break on prices for band that I am aware of. Stage is often cramped.
